IN MANY CASES, YES. SAME-DAY DELIVERY DEPENDS ON WHEN WE RECEIVE EVERYTHING NEEDED, MEDICATION AVAILABILITY, AND DELIVERY SCHEDULING FOR THAT DAY.
THE CUTOFF FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY IS 1:00 PM. PRESCRIPTIONS AND DELIVERY REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER 1:00 PM MAY NEED TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DELIVERY DAY.
YES, IF YOUR ADDRESS IS WITHIN AN ELIGIBLE DELIVERY AREA AND THE PRESCRIPTION QUALIFIES FOR DELIVERY.
IN SOME CASES, YES. DELIVERY TO A WORKPLACE MAY BE AVAILABLE IF IT CAN BE COMPLETED SAFELY, PRIVATELY, AND WITH AN APPROPRIATE HANDOFF.

YES, WHEN APPROPRIATE. WE TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIOUS WITH MEDICATIONS THAT REQUIRE TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
IF A DELIVERY CANNOT BE COMPLETED, THE PRESCRIPTION MAY BE RETURNED TO THE PHARMACY AND RESCHEDULED BASED ON TIMING AND PHARMACY POLICY.
WE TYPICALLY PROVIDE A DELIVERY WINDOW RATHER THAN AN EXACT ARRIVAL TIME. USUALLY BETWEEN 1:00 - 4:30 PM.
